Strongest Robot in The World at Loop Technology

We had a new arrival this month at Loop Technology HQ and it doesn’t get much bigger than this one! The FANUC M-2000iA 2300 is strongest robot in the world, with a payload of 2300kg, able to lift and position entire cars, bulky castings, large-scale dies and moulds. The 2300 weighs in at 11 tonnes, has a maximum reach of 3.734 metres and a repeatability of ± 0.18mm.

It is the latest addition to the family of M-2000iAs that we have had at Loop Technology in the last year, with the 1700 having an even longer reach and weighing more than the 2300, at nearly 4.7 metres and 12.5 tonnes!

Loop Technology engineers work on the largest-scale robotics systems in the world, at the intersection of automation and advanced manufacturing. We are constantly pushing the frontiers of what is possible in industries such as aerospace, defence, automotive and renewables. This is done through consistent innovation around scale and speed combined with efficient and creative mechanical and software solutions. Our satisfaction comes from seeing these innovations deliver greater efficiency for our customers, ultimately accelerating advanced manufacturing taking place in their production lines and facilities.
