RealPATH is an innovative automation software that generates precise robotic programs directly from 3D scan data of the workpiece. It captures real-world surface contours via point cloud topology and automatically creates optimized robot paths, incorporating singularity avoidance, collision detection, and reach analysis.

This “no-code” solution eliminates the need for CAD models, manual offline programming, or laborious reverse engineering. The result is a seamless, automated process that follows complex geometries with unmatched accuracy and repeatability. It is ideal for applications where CAD is not available such as nuclear decommissioning or MRO processes, as well as for when there are high volumes of part variations which make offline programming time consuming.
