Loop Technology Win FANUC Global Robot Partner of the Year 2025 Innovation Award

We were honoured to be awarded with the Innovation Award for FANUC Global Robot Partner of the Year 2025! Our Chief Technical Officer, Ross Horrigan, attended the award ceremony in Tokyo, Japan and was delighted to accept the trophy.

Every two years, FANUC invites more than 120 of the world’s leading robot system integrators to Tokyo, Japan to this prestigious ceremony.

To be recognized for our dedication to innovation in robotics by the FANUC Corporation is a superb achievement for the entire Loop Technology team.

Over 28 years, Loop Technology has built up a reputation for expertise in machine vision, motion control and industrial robotics, continually pushing the boundaries of robotic integration and finding engineering solutions to incredibly complex challenges in advanced manufacturing.

This dedication to innovation is demonstrated across our product line. FibreLINE is a unique system that uses multiple end effectors and machines to deliver revolutionary composite material deposition rates into a mould, in excess of 200kg per hour. FibreLINE can substitute for between 5 and 10 traditional automation machines, providing ultra-high rate preforming for the manufacture of composite structures at a phenomenal rate, whilst occupying significantly less factory space. FibreLINE also offers vast opportunities to composite manufacturers to drive efficiency into their downstream assembly process.

Additional highly innovative systems we offer include LoopCLEAN Auto, which uses RealPATH software to scan and clean industrial components without offline programming. It is a no code solution that takes automated laser cleaning to the next level, driving further efficiency into the process for a host of applications including cleaning industrial moulds,  removing rust and paints, preparing surfaces for welding and bonding as well as for nuclear decontamination.

RoboMACH HA is a robotic machining system that leverages our ikCAM technology and ‘as built’ kinematic correction expertise to deliver up to 10 times accuracy for edge trimming, drilling and milling tasks. Moreover, our IdentifEYE dynamic 3D labelling system is able to label randomly shaped and positioned packages at up to 2,400 labels per hour.

Our deepest thanks to FANUC Corporation for the invitation to Tokyo and recognition of our work with this beautiful award!
