On top of receiving priority support from our dedicated service team, other benefits include reduced engineering rates and the ability to make the most of the Loop Leasing Programme. All our contracts are available through our leasing programme where you can take advantage of monthly payment options to make maintaining your equipment even simpler.

Gold Care
  • Telephone technical support. Engineer response guaranteed within 2 hours
  • Service engineer dispatch within 24 hours
  • Planned maintenance visit
  • Reduced engineering rates
  • Emergency Callout fee waived for first incident. (First day of callout only, additional days charged at agreed rate + travel/accommodation).

Silver Care
  • Telephone technical support during normal office hours. Engineer response guaranteed within 4 hours
  • Service engineer dispatch within 48 hours
  • Planned maintenance visit
  • Reduced engineering rates

Remote Support
  • Remote diagnostic support within 24 hours (Subject to normal working hours)
  • Rapid fault diagnosis without waiting for engineer to attend site
