What data do we collect?

You directly provide Loop Technology with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Send a message via a Contact Us form (name, email address, company name)
  • Apply for a position at Loop Technology (Full name, email address, telephone, current occupation, CV, cover letter)
  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies (read more here)
  • Subscribe to our mailing list (name, email address, company)

How will we use your data?

Loop Technology collects your data so that we can:

  • Process your enquiry and provide a high level of service.
  • Assess your application during the recruitment process.
  • Send you newsletters containing company news, products information etc.

How long do we store your data?

Loop Technology will keep your data for no longer than necessary.

When you send us a message via our Contact Us page – Unless you provide consent for future contact, we will keep your information for as long as required to respond and complete your enquiry, then for a further 12 months, before deleting your information.

When you apply for a position at Loop Technology –  Data will be kept until the position has been fulfilled. If we wish to keep your details for consideration in future positions, we will contact you for permission.

When you subscribe to our mailing list – For as long as you are subscribed.  You may unsubscribe at anytime.

What are your data protection rights?

Loop Technology would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
